The CERT contractor maintains the CERT C3HUB website (https://c3hub.certrc.cms.gov/). Designed to provide Medicare providers, suppliers, and contractors with information about the CERT Program. During this website demonstration, you will:
• Take a virtual tour of features of the CERT C3HUB website, including documentation request listings
• Learn ways the website helps the CERT contractor coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with stakeholders
• Know where to find FAQs and contact information

This training is intended for our J5/J8 Part A/B providers billing on a UB-04/CMS-1500 or electronic equivalent.
