Struggling to locate information on our website? Ever wondered if a certain resource is available? Let us help. This webinar explores how to navigate the WPS GHA website using your suggestions. After course registration, participants can complete a Learning Center module with suggestions on WPS GHA website items to locate. Along with your suggestions, we will explore the policy, claims, and claims review sections.
Once you register, complete the following steps:
• Log in to the WPS GHA Learning Center
• Select the “My Dashboard” link
• Locate the tile for the course
• Select the module title “What are you looking for?”
• Add your suggestions
Note: you will only be given one chance to complete the module.

Since this is a live demonstration, a handout will be available at least 5 days before the event..

Call/Sign-in: 9:45 - 10:00 AM CT (10:45 - 11:00 AM ET)
Event: 10:00 - 11:00 AM CT (11:00 - 12:00 PM ET)

To cancel your registration, open the module titled “Live Event - 07/21/20 Exploring the WPS GHA Website”, and click on Unregister.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
CEUs can be obtained from professional organizations. WPS GHA will provide a Certificate of Achievement once you successfully complete a course in the Learning Center.
