The training is intended for our J5 Part A providers billing on a UB-04 or electronic equivalent.

We will be providing an educational event that will focus on care planning and documentation. This education will give actual examples of documentation and will go through the SNF clinical process and care planning as described in the Medicare Benefit Policy Manual. We will look at each section of the MDS, changes made with PDPM, Five-Star Quality Rating System, and quality measures. We will not only explain how they are all interrelated, but also how proper documentation and care planning provide better outcomes.
