This training is intended for our J5/J8 Part A/B providers billing on a UB-04/CMS-1500 or electronic equivalent.

When does Medicare consider payment for ambulance transports? What does Medicare require in the documentation for ambulance transports? When is a medical professional’s order required for ambulance transportation? This training will address all of these questions and more related to the Medicare transport benefit. We will explore:
• Regulations
• Documentation
• Physician Certification Statement (PCS)
• Billing

Course Information
The training contains multiple presentation modules and assessments. The total presentation time is 51 minutes and 41 seconds and does not include time to complete the post-assessments or survey.
