o Address of where to issue the refund

No, we are unable to refund a credit card. We issue checks for refunds regardless of the payment method.
After mailing a check, it normally takes 7-10 days for our staff to receive notification that WPS received it.

We will email you after we receive the check and complete the registration process.
It will depend on when we receive the request.

We issue full refunds when receiving the request two weeks or more before event.

For notices received 13 days to 24 hours in advance, we may issue a partial refund.
We base the amount on expenses occurred for the facility and prepared materials.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance do not receive a refund.
